In the village of Gecha (Berehovo district, Transcarpathian region) was held second international festival of hewers of pigs (in the Carpathian - genteshes). 20 teams from Ukraine, Hungary and Serbia took part in the celebration.
During the Festival professional butchers showed their skills - sticked pigs, and then prepared all sorts of goodies.
Guests were treated traditional Transcarpathian dish (gurkhas, krovyanka, shovdar, brawn, bacon, smoked and cooked with spices bacon, bohrach, pork sausages, chops, shish kebab) with the wine, mulled wine and vodka.
