Turkish Airlines plans in spring 2012 to launch Istanbul-Kharkov-Istanbul flights.

According to DCH press service negotiations between the air carrier and airport management are now in the final stage.

Turkish Airlines in the near future plans to start selling tickets for this flight. It is expected that flights will be carried out twice a week - on Tuesdays and Fridays. The flights will be operated with Boeing 737-800 aircraft.

Now Kharkiv-Istanbul flights are carried out by low-cost company Pegasus. In winter the flights are operated five times a week.

Turkish Airlines is Turkish carrier based in Istanbul. Route covers more than 200 destinations in over 80 countries around the world.
