"Problematic" Fans to Be Watched in Donetsk Region
At the initiative of the main branch of Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Donetsk region, an automated database "FAN" was launched. It includes data on 1,653 people who have been noticed violating public order during football matches or committing offenses. 
This was announced at the press conference "Security for Euro-2012" by Andriy Anosov, Head of Public Security Administration of Ministry of Internal Affairs in Donetsk region. 
According to him, the database "FAN" was created taking into account the European experience and the situation currently observed in Ukraine. 
To share information with foreign countries in respect of "problem fans", a unified integrated database of Ministry of Internal Affairs has been created and 40 Donetsk residents have already been listed there.
