Yulia Tymoshenko once again came for questioning to the Head Inquiry Department on Special Cases of Prosecutor General Office of Ukraine. She was summoned through the same case, i.e. about the use of funds received by Ukraine under the Kyoto Protocol. Commenting on this case, the leader of the "Batkivshchyna" (Homeland) assigned that today is quite clear that "the pension payment is a crime for the President of the country".

At the same time, Tymoshenko expressed a regret concerning the law adopted and how they humiliate people. "I am really pitty that today people are so humiliated by adopting the laws that have nothing to do with the reforms", - said the leader of BYuT, pointing out that this situation can only be changed by changing the power.

However, to one of the questions, concerning possible changes of her preventive measures, Tymoshenko said: "If today you are tried to put to prison for the pensions payment, then I have a full psychological readiness to all government actions ... I think that today all the politicians who have the courage to talk about what the authorities do, all are summoned", - said Tymoshenko
