Volodymyr Klitschko is planning to hold his next fight in the Olympiyskiy Sports Complex. WBA, WBO, IBF and IBO world heavyweight boxing champion said so in Kyiv during the presentation of the belts he had won. This is reported by the information center "Ukraine 2012".
"A new arena is being built. Soon it will be put into service. My previous fight in Kyiv Palace of Sports in 1998 was unsuccessful for me. So I dream to arrange a real boxing show on the main arena of Ukraine. One of that kind that New York and Hamburg have seen. That's my goal, and I'm sure it will be fulfilled".
We remind that on June 2 in Hamburg Volodymyr Klitschko beat David Haye and took away his WBA world champion title.
After the fight, Klitschko gave an "extensive list" of his potential rivals, which included Alexander Povetkin, Denis Boytsov, Derek Chisora and Tyson Fury, and said that the most interesting option for him was a duel with Chris Arreola. It was reported that the fight could take place in New York.
