The capital of Ukraine ranked the 8th of most expensive cities for travelers. The research involved 50 popular tourist cities in the world.

The rating takes into account the cost of accommodation for one night in four-star hotel in June-August 2011, the price of cheese pizza, one serving of dry martinis and a trip by taxi for a distance of eight kilometers.

The guest of the Ukrainian capital has to spend 332 dollars (about 2655 hryvnia) for all of this points. According to the research, the top three most expensive cities take Paris, where tourists will spend 429 dollars a day, Zurich (379 dollars) and London (374 dollars).

Moscow ranked the 7th - one day in the Russian capital will cost $ 345 for tourists. The cheapest cities for visitors are Bangkok (112 dollars), Beijing (120 dollars) and Sharm el-Sheikh ($ 128). The capital of Poland, Warsaw, ranked the 9th cheapest cities ($ 149).
