From 15 to 16 December will be on an official visit in Ukraine the President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon.

Ukrainian president's adviser, Presidential Administration Main Office for International Affairs Head Andrii Goncharuk said.

The presidents of both countries are to sign a joint declaration, which enshrines the basic agreement on intensification of partnership in specific promising directions of future bilateral cooperation. It's referred first of all about trade, economic and energy sector, as well as scientific and technological, cultural and humanitarian spheres.

During the visit, Ukrainian and Tajik sides also intend to conclude a number of intergovernmental and interagency agreements aimed to deepen mutually beneficial cooperation. So, it's planned to discussed the questions concurning information security, government communication and cooperation between the Constitutional Courts and the National Olympic Committees of the two countries. Rahmon also plans to visit Kiev.
