According to a study by the  International Institute of Education, Culture and Relations with the Diaspora of the Lviv Polytechnic National University, held in 2010, 49% of young people under the age of 30 said they wanted to leave Ukraine for permanent residence. Slightly less than 47% - would leaveUkraine with the purpose of employment.
A few years ago, Ukrainians were going abroad to earn money for their children's education or starting a business, the situation has changed and people started talking about leaving forever, says the head of western Ukrainian Center "Women's Perspectives" Liubov Maximovich.
Ukraine expects another wave of emigration, it will be not  earnings but direct  emigration, with the aim to leave the country and pick up their relatives.
"We are already seeing the first signs of how people move, they are not going to earn, as that was often, and among them are the best people who could work in Ukraine, they are leaving with the aim to  leave the country forever," - said the expert of the Centre Marta Chumali.
