Sweden intends to give Ukraine each year 25 million dollars of material aid for reform till 2013. Appropriate agreements were achieved by both countries during the conclusion of contract between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of Sweden on cooperation in the field of development. Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Konstantin Grishchenko and Swedish Minister for Foreign Affairs Carl Bildt signed the appropriate contract.
The Treasury of Ukraine gave a report about the repayment of government debt and paying interest on it, for both external and domestic creditors. They told that payments are done systematically and in time.
Cabinet of Ministers approved the draft budget for 2011. On Friday it will be submitted for consideration to the Verkhovna Rada. According to the minister of Finance Fedir Yaroshenko till Friday the document will be finished, in particular, expenditure items will be adjusted.

Since January 1, 2011, banks will be able to give loans to the population in foreign currency. This is the date of the end of the moratorium on foreign currency loans for individuals. During the moratorium, foreign currency loans could only be received by individuals for the medical treatment and studies abroad.
